TSH - 3.0 miu/L
T4 free - 14.0 pmol/L
Not other test done. What do you guys think?

BowsAdHearts, TSH 3.0 is a sign your thyroid is beginning to struggle to produce hormone but FT4 14 is normal for people not on thyroid medication. NHS doesn't usually diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is >5 or 6, or FT4 is below range.
Hi Bows, something is going on with your thyroid. The gland does not decide to fail on it's own. There is some other provocation. This function medicine doctor thinks there are 24 reasons for having low thyroid hormone. Sometimes it is a matter of too many fluctuations in glucose levels. Sometimes it is due to an iodine deficiency. If it's autoimmune, this can be due to leaky gut. Most GPs are not going to bother trying to identify the causes as it takes too much time and expense.
