Welcome to the forum, Shankhill1974.
TSH 0.94 and FT4 15.9 are euthyroid and don't indicate a thyroid problem. What symptoms are you experiencing other than weight gain?
So it doesn't matter what free t3 results are ?
I am always shaky. Tired, hot then cold, depression, dizzy, thin hair and hair loss. Menopause has been ruled out apparently
Shankhill1974, you haven't included FT3 result. It's unlikely that FT3 will be low with your TSH and FT4 results.
Ask your GP to test ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate, and if you can swing it zinc. Low/deficient levels can cause the symptoms you describe (not weight gain) and hairloss is common when ferritin and zinc are low.

That was only tests completed. Trying to work out of its worth pushing for more in depth tests
Shankhill1974, FT3 is rarely tested by NHS labs unless TSH is suppressed <0.03. It's unlikely FT3 is below range with FT4 15.9 but if you are considering private testing it's worth getting thyroid antibodies tested too. Blue Horizon and Genova do thyroid panels thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Did you have the blood test as early as possible and fast?
Did your GP check for antibodies? In the meantime these are 5 links:-

Unexplained weight gain is a clinical symptom of hypothyroidism but because your TSH is low I've given links re hyperthyroidism.
So you can't gain weight with a low TSH ?
I'm not medically qualified but weight gain can also be due to diet too as has been proven in the USA and also in the Uk but if hypothyroid and our TSH is kept high by the reliance on the TSH alone it is difficult to lose weight. Levo or other thyroid hormones have to be at an optimum for our metabolism to be raised. Even having a TSH which is suppressed doesn't lead to heart problems has also been suggested by the profession.
