Finally got a copy of my thyroid function test results which were last taken in may I didn't fast and i'd already taken my 100 mcg of thyroxine when they were taken at 11:59

TSH 1.21mU/L

Free T4 17.4pmoI/L

No T3 tested? is this normal

Can anyone shed light on these? I thought there'd be more to it

Thanks

Tootired, how long before the blood draw had you taken Levothyroxine? TSH would have been lower had you tested early morning but TSH 1.21 isn't high. FT4 may be slightly higher than normal due to Levothyroxine peaking in your serum.

NHS labs rarely test FT3 unless TSH is <0.03.

Tootired, it could have raised your FT4 a little more than usual. Next time arrange an early morning, fasting (water only) test as TSH is highest early and drops post-prandially and take Levothyroxine after the blood draw.
