Thorne Basic B Complex was recommended to me as it contains folate rather than folic acid.

Thank you for your kind replies I will check them out. What b12 are you taking? I've ordered jarrows 5000mcg lozenges as my doctor has refused jabs yet too arrive from America is it any good I hope so Im fed up with being a moody tired grumpy bitch 😞

I take Jarrows Formula methylcobalamin 5000mcg tablets too. I don't recall buying them from the US, I think my orders for methyl B12 are "fulfilled by Amazon", so it was pretty quick. But then I'm not good at shopping around.

Thorne and Integrative Therapeutics. Both on Amazon though the latter is shipped from US so takes ages. Jarrow methyl and was recently recommended Bluebonnet .

Humanbean can I ask how long you've been on the 5000mcg are you keeping too that dose or do you intend too drop too 1000mcg by jarrows? My jarrows is from amazon but was an American seller. I will look at the thorne one is it just the basic b complex there are a few listed on amazon
