Is it ok to take cod liver oil & glucosamine sulphate at the same time as my thyroxine?

Also I have been looking at taking magnesium what do people think has this helped anyone?

Also lately I get a dry mouth & dehydrate quicker then normal?

Thyroxine needs to be taken on an empty stomach and then nothing other than water for an hour. My pharmacist said that cod liver oil in particular could inhibit the uptake of the thyroxine therefore I take mine at least 4 hours after my thyroxine.

I also take magnesium which I have found helpful in reducing muscle pain and reducing insomnia and improving sleep.

Hope this helps.
