I posted earlier reference non receipt of daily emails. Thanks to everyone who responded.
Yesterday received a mail from health unlocked saying that my provider was rejecting emails due to a spam complaint. The problem has now been resolved and everything seems to be normal.

The provider had not sent anything into the spam file. This made the problem more difficult to trace.
My provider is one of the big ones, I have had trouble with other issues with them but this is the first concerning spam. I am not that computer literate so it doesn't take much to baffle the brain.
The problem appears to be solved now and I have learned a little more about the system.
