How to get daily email back from thyroid healthunlocked

For the past 2 days the daily email hasn't appeared in my email inbox. It is not in spam either. I am not tech savvy at all. How do I get it back? Anyone?

I hadn’t received the daily emails either for two days but, pleased to say, they’re back this morning.
