I'm taking b complex & b12 spray but trying to find some good multi vitamins, what does anyone recommend?

Some posters say they contain too little of anything to be any good. I am trying Nutri Shield ,which do seem to cover most needs in a number of different tablets/capsules.

Check it out online. Expensive but less then a broadsheet newspaper.

My natural health provider recommended Viridian multi phytonutrient complex, I have been feeling better since supplementing and believe this particular complex to be a very good one, it is not cheap though but worth the expense and it is pure.
