You won't feel properly well until your thyroid medication kicks in properly and this will take a while. As for supplements, that is easiest to know if you have some blood test results but many people find they do better by taking vitamin C with meals and a B vitamin complex once a day. If B12 or folate are low or low in the normal range you may benefit from taking separate supplements of these. A good quality multivitamin or mineral might be an alternative if you think you may be slightly lacking in a few things but B12 and folate often need to be supplemented separately. Likewise if iron or vitamin D are low.

I am sorry you are feeling so rough and unwell. It will take around 6 weeks for the dose you are on now to take effect and you will get another increase in hormones then. It has been explained to you by Clutter how best to get your blood test. Ask doctors when this test is due to check your Vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as we can be deficient.
You must have been hypothyroid for some time for your TSH to be so high and it will also take a while for you to reach an optimum of medication for you to feel much better.
Patience is needed unfortunately. Thyroxine is required by every single cell in our body and there are billions of receptor cells from head to toe and when we reach an optimum dose for us (everyone is individual) it enables us to function normally.
Vcle, I advised on your earlier thread which vitamin/mineral tests to request. There's no point in guessing whether levels are high or low. You need results to estimate what dose to supplement.
1-2,000mg vitamin C, 375mcg magnesium (not oxide) and 15mg zinc are okay to supplement without testing.
