Serum t4 15 tsh 0.27-4.2 mU/L
T4 pmol/L 10-24
if my t4 was under the 10 what does that mean? and if it was over the 24 what would that mean?

T4 under 10 would mean you were hypothyroid because your thyroid was not producing sufficient hormone for conversion to T3. If TSH was 1.13 which is low-normal it would indicate secondary hypothyroidism (pituitary dysfunction).
T4 over 24 would indicate hyperthyroid if not on medication or, slight overmedication (up to 28 may be acceptable) if you were on Levothyroxine. TSH would usually be below range or suppressed <0.03.
So if I'm right at the time I was on 150mcg of Levo, it would suggest I was hypothyroid and not over medicated on Levo?
