Donnanomore, the only alternatives to Levothyroxine are Liothyronine (T3) and natural dessicated thyroid (NDT).

Post your results with the lab ref ranges in a new question and members will advise whether you are optimally medicated.

I looked at your previous results TSH 1.55 and FT4 24 but there was no FT3 which would be useful.

Thanks clutter your so helpful I've never got t3 done so I don't know . I just don't feel right everything I do u have to really push myself . I only go out if I really have to always feel like I'm spaced out . I'm ok if I have a trolley to push along , mabe it's a self confidence issue . I was a manager of a beauty brand in a large dept store but transferred to a new store an although I was with the same brand you have to take on a contract with the store u work in because I moved just before Xmas an I've been of sick from march they r going to terminate my job because I can't give a date of return . I'm just wondering is this all contributing to the way I feel . I just am not able to work yet . Previous to this I've only had one week of sick in 8 years . . I've had a very traumatic past two years an mabe my adrenals have been affected . Flip this is like an essay lol :)

Donnanomore, being ill certainly saps one's confidence in the ability to do a lot of things. I'm sorry you may lose your job. The worry of that is bound to affect how you feel.
