Did you know that probiotics/certain bacteria might be bad for histamine intolerance/can make symptoms worse? Well, I just found this helpful list of histamine producing bacteria to avoid. Feel free to check this list to see if you should stop taking your probiotics too.

Personally, I don't take probiotics. But, if you want everyone to see this, post in a new thread. This one is 3 years old. Hardly anyone is going to look at it, now. :)
