Clutter, so grateful to you for this - thank you. I have had 2 caesareans though in my 20's but I have noticed that my abdomen is always swollen no matter how slim I got. Also, my periods have got worse - I thought it was PCOS but tests have since ruled this out but this explains it. Just been offered low dose contraceptive pills which I used to take before all this stuff happened and when I was in control of my body. Would prefer a more 'natural' option but still waiting 'other' hormone tests as to what route to take. Thanks very much

Error - took 'normal' dose combined pills but got taken off them at 35. Been offered 'low dose' combined pills to help with spots and cos Doc has finally agreed that all the other issues I am facing are to do with imbalance of hormones.
