Last night I watched the film on BB2, Great Expectations, and when it ended I changed channels to BBC1. I found that my mind went blank for about 20 minutes until I got up and went to bed.
Can anybody explain what happened to me?

I don't think its anything to worry about. Maybe you need an adjustment to your medication. Many complain of brain fog, lapses in memory for a short time etc. It's not pleasant and worrying to say the least.
Had a friend (in his 60s) who had something similar, he had a shower one morning and then found himself sitting in his bed and had no idea of how he got there, what day it was or anything. It was thought that he had a TIA although he was never checked out properly. Have you had any other 'odd' symptoms?
Ah yes. Eurovision. Mindless telly at its best!
I'd better explain that my post was a comment on the Eurovision Song Contest. I hoped that it would give everybody a laugh (hence the wink at the end of my original post).
