Lollipop, methylcobalamin is available in sublingual lozenges, spray and patches. I believe you can get a combined methylcobalamin and methylfolate spray,

I've been happy with BetterYou Boost B12 spray and Jarrows Formula sublinguals. Both available at Health Stores and on Amazon. If you buy on Amazon please use the TUK affiliate link as the charity gets a small commission. thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/go_sho...

Lollipop, take it as directed so you get the 1,200mcg daily. It tastes good so won't be a problem.

If your folate is low you should get folic acid or methylfolate too.

You can order from b-amazing. They do methyl cobalamin you mix up yourself and can use as sub lingual drops or IM injections
