Good information. Eat according to GAPS, AIP or Paleo and you will achieve what is being recommended.
Unfortunately neither of those studies cited in the article prove anything about low carb diet's effect on thyroid. The first was on a mere 7 people for 7 days, the second on 12 people for a few weeks and neither was actually studying thyroid itself. In fact the second study comes to the conclusion that it doesn't have an adverse affect on thyroid or metabolism, rather the opposite!
