How can i deal with these night sweats go to bed fine i dnt even know im sweating until im woken feeling freezing then the beds soaked im soaked and cold any help please.......

See my response to your next question, Sharon. Our Thyroid gland runs all our metabolism, so that's why it affects our whole body, not just one part.
This is awful i could be in a shower im that wet. doesnt smell like sweat im just freezing all the time.
