waking with frozen left arm & leg

I have recently started waking up with a swollen left hand and foot, and they both feel like ice.

My left leg up to my knee and my left arm up to my shoulder.

Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Does it go away during the day? I haven't read this particular symptom before on this site, but I see you have a lot of other health problems, so I am guessing it is not a thyroid-related issue. I hope you get some resolution from at least some of your health problems soon.

Hi, Yes it goes away after an hour or so but have noticed that if I am resting which I do all day everyday my left leg sometimes is freezing to the touch at random times.
