Left arm and shoulder pain

I'm a truck driver just today my arm is in pain left side can't raise it up without helping with other arm

You need to check if it's a stroke. Hopefully it won't be

One symptom is

Arm weakness: Can the person raise both arms and keep them there?

Don't wait for Monday. Call 999 or go to A&E as soon as possible.

Better to have it checked and find it isn't a stroke, than to leave it and find that it is.

Could be a frozen shoulder, I have had one since February. The physio told me that a lot of people they see, with this condition are on Thyroxine. Not sure why but it is true.

Sounds like a frozen shoulder. See your doctor for a proper diagnosis. If it is a frozen shoulder there are exercises to help, and possibly an injection into the shoulder.
