So this afternoon my husband saw the Endocrinologist and was discussing this - he thinks he may have misunderstood but thinks it was in connection with treatment resistant depression ? The doctor felt that key to all the problems my husband is having health wise is his depression and that he thinks sorting this out should be the first step before addressing hormone levels etc.

Thyrozine is the veterinary version of levoyroxine (Google it). I don't know if there is an injectable form but definitely tablet form.
I have read on here that T3 can be used for depression.
I always feel depressed on Levo and it instantly goes away on NDT. I cant do a double blind test or anything but it's pretty clear to my wife where my head is on each drug.
