has anyone got there refund for T3?
I have been responded to, however they have not responded after I asked for my refund
I asked for refund not had a reply .
I have had no reply of any sort after two weeks or so and am about to phone my bank for refund
Hi there,
after becoming aware of the issues with cynomel I have been looking for some. It seems my [usual supplier] is out of the 25mcg tablets. They show 75mcg in stock. Has anybody managed to get this or know of any problems? Any other advice on how to get T3 would also be appreciated.
Many thanks.
I was told by the same pharmacy a month ago that my delayed order for Cynomel was on its way, but there is no sign of it and it usually arrives in 2-3 weeks. I have a tracking number, but the weird thing about international registered post is that the number will appear on the national postal service site of the originating country - as mine does for Mexico - but it won't appear on the Royal Mail site until after I've signed for it! So, it's not really a tracking number, is it?
If my Cynomel doesn't turn up this week, I may have to contact the pharmacy.

If it's the same company than they are out, there have been several posts of the email that people received stating that they're out and will be dispensing in April.
If you recieve yours I'll he suprised, I made my first order over a month to.
They have emailed me telling I should order the Spanish version, I don't want it
Hello Stormx,
Would you be able to pass me the details for the Spanish contact, by private message if necessary. It would be good to have some kind of stand by as I only take T3 and go off very quickly with a reduced dose.
Many thanks.
My order was originally placed in early December, when the same pharmacy had problems processing payments. They emailed in early January to say the payment had gone through and the Cynomel they'd reserved against my account had been despatched. The tracking number appeared on correosdemexico.gob.mx. The pharmacy seems fairly keen to hang on to its customers, and I've found it reliable over the past 18 months. Unless I find out otherwise, I may have to assume the package has been lost in transit.
I haven't had the email you've described stating that Cynomel will not be in production until April, though I did see the notice on another thread at the weekend. The 75mcg T3 they do have in stock is made by another company. It's a difficult size dose to cut down.

ok it could be that they are out of the smaller dose, maybe they have the 75mcg but not the 25mcg.
they have just got back to me, and stated that cause they are in fact inundated and will process my payment as soon as they can.
so I am a little hopeful now.
Maybe I should try the 75mcg whilst I wait
Not only is it 75 micrograms, it is a capsule, and it is a slow-release formulation.
Not being negative, nor positive, simply identifying differences.
My Cynomel arrived today! It took 33 days to reach me, presumably via China, but that's just the way it goes sometimes with international post. Sometimes orders I place with another pharmacy, a certified one in the US, take 6 weeks to reach me; sometimes they arrive 10 days after despatch. I just have to factor likely delays into my ordering intervals, and I make sure I have a couple of back-up options.
I think it probably is a good idea to hold back for a month or two before claiming a refund, as Helvella/Rod suggests, because otherwise one can suddenly find that an online pharmacy has, in effect, been blacklisted by card processors. This means they have to suspend their trading until they can set up other payment options, which may not be as secure for the customer. That said, I do appreciate that when you're desperate for the meds and also short of funds, you may have no other option but to make a claim.

Fantastic news, great all good on your front.
I have been told now that my refund has been processed , so just awaiting for it to show that in my balance.
Who do you order from? can you please let me know. Having trouble with the mexicandrugstore. Thank you
Thanks Stormx.
My bank are organising a refund on my card as of today. I suggest you all do the same.
Credit and debit card issuers penalise the companies for whom they have to arrange such refunds. This could take the form of higher charges or denying them merchant status.
I suspect (I am no banker so have no expertise) that the more refunds are done by the banks, the less likely people will be able to pay by card in future.
I can understand if you are approaching a time limit for putting in a claim you might feel you are forced to act now, but if not, maybe a bit of patience would be a better approach as viewed in the longer term?
they sent me an email, my refund is being processed, so I think they are genuinely backed up.
Just to let you all know I have received my refund
