He Said I have tested negative for PA but does it mean a lot ? I've read and heard the test isn't that good,I'm starting my b12 injections tomorrow anyway to boost up my levels so hopefully they will start to help.

That's great news that you don't have P.A. and I am sure that your B12 injections will make you feel much better. I hope he does a blood test for your B12, at least every year, to make sure your levels are optimal and not dropping again.
Mixed emotions as been told that the pa test is only 30% acurate and only 1 in 3 are correct but lets get going on the jabs and see how I get on x
I had an intrinsic factor test which proves it is positive but don't know what they do nowadays. I am sure the injections will help you.
I think I understand where you are coming from. If the test was a false negative, will you get the treatment you need? If it genuinely is negative, that's a good thing but how can you know for sure when the test is so inaccurate?
Perhaps, if they stop the injections after the initial ones, you could insist on regular testing to make sure your levels don't drop again. If they do drop, it would indicate that you will need to continue with injections. Hopefully they won't stop the injections unnecessarily.
I hope you start to feel better soon once the injections kick in and that you can stay well
