Hi there ,

Please could someone tell me of a name of a D3 supplement as the one I'm taking contains Soya and I know it's bad for thyroid and the reason I chose this was as I'm lactose intolerant . I found out my vitamin d levels are low so this is possibly the reason I have been having vertigo and so many infections . Many thanks

I take one by Healthy Origins. It's in an olive oil gel capsule, and is free from soy, gluten, and various other allergens.

I take Carlson 4,000 IU D3 in cod liver oil gelcaps. It's called Solar D Gems. This way I get my vitamin A and the D3 at the same. You can buy the 360 capsule jar and you're good to go for a year.
