Just had blood test results (doc wouldn't do a saliva adrenal test) and my cortisol levels are not "below" normal but are right on the edge of the lowest level. My question is what's the optimal level cause I'm convinced I have adrenal fatigue. Thanks.

You probably have, like many of us - but the NHS does not recognise or treat adrenal fatigue. My blood cortisol was way below the base reference and they were not interested
