Well, good luck to you! Because I cannot imagine eating so much food in one day. Those three plates of veggies look like more than a weeks supply to me. lol Plus the organic meat and fish. I've got nothing against veggies - not too keen on meat and fish- but in small doses, not a barrow-load per meal. I just couldn't do it.
