Don't believe them when they say that your blood tests are fine as many GPs are clueless. Request a copy of your blood test result, you're entitled to receive them but there may be a charge. Post them up here and members can advise/suggest action.
Doggy, can you post your recent thyroid results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) and members will advise whether you are optimally medicated. 'Normal' is in a very broad range and may not be optimal. If you are undermedicated you will struggle to lose weight.
going to the doctors next week,so will have to ask,as all i get is normal range
Yes, they probably are normal but probably normal for someone else, not you
Oh you made me laugh fruitandnutcase!
Take a look at Paul Jaminet's Perfect Heatlh Diet. For whatever reason his wife who had/has Hashi has just given birth to a new baby. They have teenaged children. The diet appears to work for weight loss and feeling good.
These people are brainiac scientists so they explain everything and why.
Lots or reading if you enjoy doing that. perfecthealthdiet.com/
Doggy, all that exercise is probably why you can't lose weight. You need have your T3 optimal before your body can tolerate the exercise. I have written extensively on this in other threads. If you type 'weight loss' into the search box at the top, you will get lots of results that might help you.
But, in the end, it all comes down to your T3.
