On 09/25/2014 my TSH level was 1.61, T4 Free was 1.40 and T3 Total is 148, does this mean I am going towards Hypothyroid or Hyperthyroid. I am feeling all the symptoms of Hypothyroid. I am on Synthroid 0.50 mcg and she just gave me Cytomel 5mcg, is this going to help me not gain so much weight.
Thanks for your feedback

Impossible to tell without references ranges, free T3 result and knowing how you feel. If you still have hypo symptoms, and your doctor is giving you a tiny dose of T3, you are probably hypo.
Your TSH indicates hypothyroidism. Most people on thyroid meds are comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0. As Angel said, we need to see the lab ref ranges to interpret your FT4 and FT3 as they vary across regions.
You are on very low doses of Synthroid and Cytomel which suggests you have only recently been diagnosed. It may be difficult not to gain weight until you have been on a stable dose for 6/12 months.
