Cannot read all of posts or questions. "See post" or " see question" is not responding, when I click on it.

Is anyone else having trouble with HU? Two days ago they must have changed something, as I can now see the first part of a post or question but when I click further to see the rest of it, it will not go past "loading". Furthermore, when I go to Newsfeed and try to see them that way, a message comes up saying "Oops. Looks like that page no longer exists". Clearly a brand new post does exist so what is happening? I have emailed technical support three times but have had no reply. I am working from an iPad. Does anyone have any ideas please? Better to answer by private message, I think as this might be working properly. Many thanks all of you techie people .

The site certainly has had some changes.

The biggest functional change appears to be "Notifications" where an orange indicator appears by the bell on the green bar (and other notification mechanisms are also used).

I find the site has become effectively unusable on my mobile phone - even with a decent signal and connection.

Last time I tried on my very old iPad, even getting logged in was difficult. I certainly could not get logged in by the usual method and had to do something like visit a page and try to respond (can't remember properly) in order to get prompted to log in!

Hi Rod, thanks for your advice. I tried going through Google like a new member and have managed to log in and can now see the posts. Of course, it may all be different again next time I try. I cannot access from my mobile phone either. Are HU planning to change this or do they not care?

By the way, I do not appear to have an orange indicator by the green bell. When did that happen?

I don't have a green bell. let alone an orange anything. There is a white outlined square that says E82D in it.

No idea why that is... :(

I can only suggest that you drop them an email support@healthunlocked.com.

Thanks Louise, but I can't say it bothers me at all.

We have very little communication from HU about anything nowadays. :(
