Why can't I access HealthUnlocked through Internet Explorer anymore?

Since yesterday afternoon I have been unable to go onto the HealthUnlocked website through Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is working for other websites but when I try to open HealthUnlocked I get a message saying Internet Explorer can't display the website. However, it works fine if I use Mozilla Firefox.

HU Tech have asked that you report this via the support centre in 'help'. This will allow them to capture info about your computer, like version of IE etc...

I'm not entirely sure how they expect you to access the support centre with IE, if you can't access the site with IE.... but I am just passing on the message... :)

Got this reply....

Regarding IE, thanks for asking them to send in their message to us. The only thing is that the Help Centre is actually accessible from any browser as we host it on a separate server, so that even if in a worst case scenario the HealthUnlocked platform were down fully, the Help Centre always remains accessible. You can direct them type help.healthunlocked.com in their browser and that should take them straight there.

I have just connected to the site using IE 11 under W7. No obvious issue - except having to login (very often everything is remembered such that I don't have to - probably the Heartbleed update forcing us to log in again).

More details (which version of Windows? which version of IE? are you fully patched? what antivirus are you using?) might help to identify which element is causing the problem.
