Multivitamin

Hi

Can anyone please recommend a good quality multivitamin for hypothyroidism without iodine (kelp) which I understand us hypos should not take. I am currently taking D3 in addition to levo. Thank you. Jay

Viridean is a very good company with excellent organic products. I take their phytonutrient multi vits. No iodene and high levels of lots of good things for us hashi sufferers incl 200 mg of selenium.

I take Nutri Advanced Thyro Complex. It is a mix of vitamins, minerals and herbs. This has been prescribed by my homeopathic Dr. I get it from Nutri Meds.

I take Thorne Basic Nutrients V, which is free from iodine and contains the active forms of various B vitamins. I've also seen Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 with NAC recommended this site, which also looks good.
