Hi I haven't been hear in a while . I was wondering if anyone knows of a good specialist in Ireland . I have hypothyroid and gluten dairy and other sensitives . My own doc eventually got me sorted to the point where I function but my gut still isn't right. If anyone can recommend doc that be great. Nice to be back .

Hi, cant help with a dr. But with regards to your sensitivities - have you tried the autoimmune protocol? thepaleomom.com/autoimmunit... - just scroll down a little and you'll find the description. Read many rewiews about this protocol - many people find it really helpful in constructing a diet specific for their own allergies and sensitivities. Good luck!
