Messages Won't Load

Is anyone else having trouble reading their messages? If I click on a link in an email sent by HealthUnlocked I get taken to that message and I can read it. But if I then click on Messages, or try to click on the messages link in the menubar it won't load. It just sits there trying.

Rosetrees, try logging out of HU and logging back in. If that doesn't work clearing cookies and logging out of your browser and restarting it may help. If not, email [e-mail]

Thanks. I've tried Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera and my phone. The same is happening on all of them, so time to email support.

I'm having the same problems rosetrees and also cannot get rid of the little red number by messages when I have managed to read them when I first log in. It is all so complicated now. Have notified HU of this and not got a satisfactory reply. Their help desk has certainly got worse.

The reply I received was, to be polite, ridiculous. Apparently I have 2 messages waiting and I can't access either. I just tried on my Kindle Fire and that won't load them either. How many devices is a girl supposed to have in order to read messages???

I just received a much more helpful reply saying the engineers will look at the problem. Fingers crossed they get it sorted.
