Hi Anne, questions and posts are merged on the new site but your own posted questions are separated from your responses to questions/posts in your Profile.

Vitamin C is good for aiding absorption of iron tablets and for dealing with high cortisol. I haven't read that it is specifically useful in reducing Hashi antibodies but good vitamin C levels do help general wellbeing.

Gluten-free diet is often recommended as reducing Hashi antibodies and reducing frequency of flares.

Thanks for that Clutter maybe it was the high cortisol I was reading about, there is so much to take in and the G P are no help.

it helped me. use 1 dr mercola liposome vitamin c per day (1000mg)

Did it help with symptoms and if so how long before you felt any better. I have bought 500 mg do you think that is enough. thanks for your help
