I am sorry you are feeling so bad. Do you have a copy of your latest blood test results and post them with the ranges for comments.

.

I think it's about time they gave you some decent medication as you are thyroidless. You may be sensitive to the fillers in levo. I who only have hypothyroidism was much more unwell on levo. I am well now on T3 alone but was also fine on NDT. You may not be converting T4 to sufficient T3 for you to feel better.

Mogsey, Your elevated FT4 indicates over medication. Diarrhoea, anxiety and sleeplessness are hyper symptoms and are caused by over medication. Your TSH remains suppressed and should continue to do so even with a slight decrease in Levothyroxine. You could stop Levothyroxine for 3/4 days and then reduce to

100mcg/125mcg alternate days.

When were your thyroglobulin and thyroglobulin antibodies last tested? It is rare to have a recurrence of cancer until thyroglobulin is >6.

Have you been told your TSH must always be suppressed? I've been advised that mine should be suppressed for 5 years to avoid recurrence and assume I will be put on a replacement dose after that.

Not what you're looking for?

So, 125mg daily was too little, 150mg daily was too much, and now I'm on 100/125mg on alternate days.
