Eczema on your palms - anyone got it?

I have had it for couple of years now - gradually getting worse - recently used Manuka Doctor Bee Venom which seems to help a bit - any advice/ideas/cures? xx

I suffer with dyshidrosis too, and have done for about 40 years, although I didn't actually identify the type of eczema I had until quite recently. Mine improved a huge amount when I got my dreadful iron levels up, and my high cortisol levels down..

Thanks for that - my problem is I have too much iron - iron overload - waiting for tests - taking Nutri Adrenal and Adrenomax to try and balance out the old adrenals - seems to be helping and the skin problem is not as red the last few days xx

Lots of kimchi or sauerkraut (live culture) seems to help.

Occasionally there are people who have nightshade sensitivities who end up like this. Eliminate all nightshades for 3 weeks. If no improvement then try fermeted foods that contain L. plantarum. Or just take a probiotic that contains this at high CFU.

Don't wash your hands with hot water, it strips natural oils. Use a mild simple soap.

Thanks so much for this info - it has opened up a whole new world of the benefits of Neem across the board! I have ordered lotion from Neem Genie ( website) and will see what happens - will report back! xx
