I found my eczema got worse then a LOT better when I got my nutrients to an optimal level. In my case iron and Vitamin B12 were particularly important. I'm sure thyroid treatment had a big impact too.
I'm not saying that the same things are important for you. I imagine any deficiency could have an impact on eczema. You have to find out which one(s) (if any) affect you.
I would also suggest looking into your adrenal health. Severe stress has been making my eczema worse ever since it first started about 45 years ago.
I'm having a synacthen test as my morning cortisol was lower than the endo wanted. I am incredibly stressed. Just about to write a post about it actually!
I had an a1c test and it showed me as pre diabetes so I went on a diet and lost 30 pounds so far...this aging thing is hard...all the new diseases. I was spoiled and used to be so healthy!
