Is my iron panel ok? Please could you comment on these blood results.

T.I.B.C. 63. (41-77)

TRANSFERRIN SATURATION. 37. %. ( 20-55)

FERRITIN. 50. (13 - 150 )

I've recently started my B12 injections so now I'm concentrating on other things. Is the ferritin high enough? And what about the others?

Hi They are good, not B12. for b12 ferritin is important too.,that is fine.

Chris Kresser says Ferritin is >60 when optimal. That's all I know.
