I have Graves which is hyper but I love this video that someone posted on here. Turned out that I was taking everything he recommends too.

Yes, I knew my B12 was just above the lower end of the range before I started supplementing, I had started taking Vit D anyway and after speaking to the people who do the test - place shown on the TUK website - ring them up pay £25 over the phone, test comes by return and results back in no time, anyway after a bit of discussion it was decided I wouldn't stop my Vit D but see how I was when I was tested, I was high in the range but not right at the top which was interesting because I had had a month in the sun and had been taking Vit D for a few months so I think I must have been very low to begin with.
