I switched from ERFA to Naturethroid about 5 weeks ago and have had a dull headache since and terrible nausea.
I stopped taking ERFA because it was making me feel dreadful.
I am wondering if I should try Armour?

Erfa made me feel dreadful too - headache, stiff and sore muscles. I stopped and tried thyroid-s. That wasn't so bad, it just gave me a headache and swollen ankles. I've gone back to the nutri-thyroid/thyroxine combination that I was taking before as that seems to suit me. I guess we're all different and for some of us NDT isn't the answer.
Maybe your dose needs a slight adjustment? If not, I would contact RLC labs and ask their advice as Naturethroid is hypoallergenic and I think they would be interested in your reaction.
I get headaches when t3 is too high. I did awful on ERFA and better on Naturethroid but ended up having to add some t4 into my dosing and cut back the Naturethroid a bit for the headaches to stop.
That's interesting. I've also just been looking on a site which says low cortisol can cause terrible nausea......?
