Hi am new to this site ,I was diagnosed with under active thyroid in 2004 and am on 225mg tyrosine. Was told 14 month ago needed bit b12

Then told needed vit d also then 6 month ago was diagnosed with systemic vasculitis .now been told am anemic also ,hope nothing else turns up.

you should take neurobion injection containing vitamin b12, b2, b6.First take two injections in a month and then take one injection after every 2 month.It will improve anemia and anxiety problem.

Can you post your thyroid results, B12, vitaminD and iron results with lab ref ranges. It isn't possible to advice what level of supplementation iis required without knowng whether you are deficient or low in range.

If you don't have the results ask your GP receptionist for a print out.

Ta I will ask my practice nurse when I go for my bloods next week as I don't know my thyroid results ,I just take the tabs and have my bloods done about every 2-3yr for my thyroid

.have been having my bloods done every 2 week for my vasculitis ,,so will ask.

Please be very clear that there are several types of anemia.

Pernicious anemia (low B12) is completely different to iron-deficiency anemia (low iron).
