Ask your GP's receptionist for a printout of your results with the lab ref ranges and post them for us to take a look. GP's normal means within range but it's important to know where in the range you are.

Good advice from Clutter.

You really do need the printouts of your results - this will be your first step to moving forwards. You have a right to get copies and surgeries cannot refuse and shouldn't make it difficult for you. Make sure the reference ranges are on the printouts too.

It comes as a bit of a shock to many when they realise most doctors are really not good at treating thyroid conditions, preferring to slavishly follow flawed blood test results. You should not have to suffer like this. Post your results and people will help.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. It's like getting an automated response trying to make the gp under stand." Your bloods are normal" is all I hear. When I say wot does that mean, I am returned with a vacant expression. So frustrating gggggrrrr
