my doctor diagnozed me with subclinical hypothyroidisim, i have two concerns i hope to get an answer to,

1/ is TSH increase is associated with oestradiol high level?

2/ according to my results am i infertil?!

i have a regular period , and i never missed one, also i got an ultrasound to my pelvise area and it came out perfect. however, i am loosing alot of hair and i have low hearing and site, and i have dry skin. also, i have an ubnormal hair growing down my nick .guide me through this please.

You will need to be treated with thyroxine. Low thyroid function is probably the cause of your high oestrogen and your other symptoms. Ideally you want to get you TSH toward the lower end of the range of where you feel properly well. You are likely to have problems conceiving if your thyroid isn't treated.

Once your thyroid is properly treated you will hopefully be able to conceive

What does your doctor plan to do?

Oh, no it isn't, Meme. Your TSH needs to be in the lower area of the range 0.4-2.0 in order to conceive and carry to term. You need to be started on 50mcg Levothyroxine with 25mcg increases until your TSH is low in that range. Thyroid tests need to be done 6 weeks after starting Levo and 6 weeks after each increase.

When you conceive Levothyroxine needs to be raised 50mcg throughout the pregnancy to ensure good foetal development, reduce the risk of miscarriage and protect you from post-partum thyroiditis. Bloods should be checked every 4 weeks. Please print off the NICE guideline to managing pregnancy in hypothyroid women and give it to your GP who should refer you to a specialist if she doesn't feel competent to deal with it. cks.nice.org.uk/hypothyroid...
