tsh 3.94 t4 13.5 CRP - slightly raised Liver - slightly raised

Receptionist gave me these so not very detailed. Have to make apt with doc to discuss. Im on 50mg lev and have numerous symtoms - sore thumbs, toes, generally tired - usual stuff. Anybody any advice on how to deal with doc as doesnt seem very clued up. Thanks for all support

You're under medicated. Ideally your TSH should be just above or just below 1. An increase in Levothyroxine will lower your TSH and raise your FT4 so it won't struggle to convert FT3 in your liver.

Sore thumbs and toes could be due to vitD &/or B12 deficiency. Ask for your ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate to be tested. You need these high in range. Make sure to ask for a printout with lab ref results. GPs are inclined to consider low in range results normal.

Remarkable isn't it, that people on here know this stuff, but endos don't. Two years ago I was taken off my thyroid replacement by my endos because my LFT results were raised and they said it was inappropriate to continue to treat me in those circumstances.

Agreeing with the others that OP is under-medicated.
