Can anyone comment on my T3 24 hour urine result please

Hi

I had a Adrenal saliva test through my Nutritionist along with a 24 hour urine test for T3

the result was T3 - 2394 range 592 - 1850 so over range.

In February my blood results were T3 - 4.4 range 3.8 - 6.0

TSH - 0.10 range 0.35 - 4.7 T4 - 14 range 7.80 - 21.00

Can anyone please tell me why the blood T4 is under mid range but the urine result is over range. What does it mean?
