Head buzzy/fuzzy

Is this thyroid I am hypo on 75 of thyroxine last few weeks I been getting fuzzy buzzy tingly feelings in my head slight dizziness too . I have started a new job Aswell and have been under extra stress

Just looked back at your previous posts for clues - your TSH was 0.35 and your Vit D was low. Have you ever had FT4 and FT3 tested? TSH is pretty useless on its own, though doctors seem to think that's all you need to know... But that's not true. TSH alone tells you nothing about how much active thyroid hormone is in your system. You could easily be hypo.

Also, have you ever had Vit B12 tested, or ferritin?

Our g.p practise only does t3 and t4 test if TSH is over 5 it's so frustrating. I asked about vit b12 she said my full blood count was ok but thanks for your help I will mention the t3 and t4 at my next blood test .
