I have had test results TSH level 0.17 & T4 level 19.90 and been told that it is slightly high and reduce my levo. to 50mcg. Still tired.

Are you on 75 at the moment? When I went up to 75 my tsh went to 0.14 and t4 to 26 so I've agreed to alternate 50/75 as I didn't want to go down to 50... Maybe worth a try if they really want you to reduce?

girl, please see if your doctor will ask for a Free T3 test before reducing your dose. This is the one that dictates whether you are overdosing or not. Even with a high FT4 which I doubt is over range (ask what the range for FT4 is exactly), if you are not converting well, you may address that possibly without a dose increase. Reasons for low conversion may be low iron.
