I assume you haven't a printer. My local library lets me print out at 10p for one A4 sheet.

This is strange because I have not seen any!! I even went to my endos diabetic clinic and asked why there were no posters about Thyroid dysfunction to be told that no-one produced them!! My local chemist used to have a booklet but there is no sign of it now - weird....
