We are continuously making strides to improve your experience and as part of this we looking to introduce a few new features to the website.
You’re invited to come to the HealthUnlocked office near London Bridge next week to test these new features before they are released. We’re very flexible with timing and can welcome you at anytime during normal business hours between Tuesday January 14th and Friday January 17th.
We will ask you to navigate around the website and let us know what you think. It shouldn’t take any more than 30 minutes. Reasonable travel expenses will, of course, be covered.
Please get in touch with us through our Contact Us form and select ‘Feedback’: bit.ly/1iUKf8B
Ensuring you have the best possible experience on HealthUnlocked is a priority for us so your feedback is crucial as we develop new features.

It might be a better idea to select a few experienced members/admins/charity secretaries from each community to test these new ideas out instead of asking people, who are not in the best of health, to make a trip down to London which some people would find totally impossible to do.
Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear but I think HU sometimes needs a reality check on dealing with people who have health problems and the limitations this can bring.

p.s. Have also used your link to email this reply.
Would it be possible to temporarily make the new site available remotely for those who are interested? Perhaps a temporary URL on your current domain with a temporary password.
I would love to test the new features but I work in education and cannot take time off during normal hours otherwise I would happily travel to London.
I cannot agree any more with 'moggie' I think that hu needs to be aware that the people that use this site do not always live near to London [ so are they only working with people that live within a certain area ] so it would make sense to me to allow the BEST people to trial any system tweek first ----- after all these are the people that put the time effort and knowledge into the upkeep of this site for the betterment of US THE USERS ......it is all very well to say that ' reasonable travel expences will be paid ' but what about loss of earnings etc. after all YOU WANT US TO HELP YOU WITH THE TWEEKS .....alan
Thanks for the invite!
Do 'reasonable expenses' extend to £34 return from Clacton...? Thanks
If not - will these new features be a part of the Beta testing site mentioned in the latest email?
If not - can Admin at least have prior knowledge of the features you are testing and the thinking behind them? Thanks
If not - can Admin have warning of when the new features will go live..? Thanks
Thank you for your response. In December we invited members to join us for an initial round of user testing in our office and it was a great success. We received some valuable, honest feedback from a variety of members of several HU communities.
Having now incorporated that feedback into a revised set of designs, would like to share them with additional members for further review.
As we are still at the initial design phase it’s unfortunately not feasible to do these types of interviews remotely. As we understand that some are unable to make the trip to London, we started building a beta version of the website based on some of the feedback we already received that will be available online and accessible remotely.
Until that beta website is finished though, our office is always open for members to give us feedback and we’re delighted to see anyone next week who is nearby and can volunteer some of time.
As always, thank you for being a part of HealthUnlocked.
More often than not I experience difficulty in viewing replies, I hope you've fixed this but can't afford time or money to travel down to check this for you, perhaps you could check this basic function before release?
