Was on 125 mcg a day and still did not feel right TSH 0.11 and I felt shaky and worn out.Now on 112.5 mcg a day ,shakiness gone, but still not right.
My whole metabilism has gone haywire seems to taking months to settle ,does anyone know why I would need less thyroxine now, am 53 yrs old.
Was fine until I went hyper ,tsh unrecordable and t4 26 then,do not know why although I had spent 6 months before that trying 3 different makes of thyroxine as had been taking TEVA make for years ,but they were withdrawn.

Have you been tested for Thyroid antibodies? If you have Hashimotos disease (high levels of the peroxidase antibodies) then the antibody levels can fluctuate a lot. This might cause your problem. Have you changed your diet? Gone gluten free?
Hi eeng,Yes I do have hashimotos,for 11 years,never been all that well on thyroxine ,.Symptoms have always fluctated and dose of thyroxine.This is someting new though ,I went hyper and never been right since ,am really scared. Thanks for the reply.
