My endocrinologist suggest me the neurobion injection once in a month through out the life. After taking injection I felt better ie anxiety and irritation etc symptoms and I also improve my memory.Should I take injection throughout the life. Now my tsh level is 0.47.

I have just looked it up and it is an injection for three B vitamins. i.e. B1, B.6 and B12. so it's not to do with the thyroid gland. You may have a B vitamin deficiency.

Has the Endo, perhaps, made a link between reduced function in a thyroid and malabsorption of B vitamins? Be very interesting to know.

Would you ask him why he's suggested this, Naveed, and report back?

My doctor said mostly hypothyriod patients are deficient in vitaminb12 i.e. why he suggested me the neurobion injection

I had never heard of the neurobion injection till I looked it up. It sounds good as it contains all of the important B vitamins particularly B12 which he says you're deficient in. Deficiency in Vitamin B12 can lead to all sorts of neurologial problems.
